where do you mostly use your boat?  somewhere close to there will be a storage facility. considering gas prices, this may be your best option.

Do like i do store it at your parents house. It's free.  Your other options since most apartments dont allow trailers.  Minni storage, a friends drive way other than that it isn't the smartest to leave it any other place.  That is a easy thing to steal.  I wouldn't even trust it at your apartment complex.  Suck up to somone with a garage or get rid of your boat untill you have a house.
