Living in >BALLARAT<...whats it like?

Question

Thinking of moving to Vic, and almost set on Ballarat.

I know it's cold most of the time and raining the rest but it's climate i can handle, what i can't handle is housing commission tenants, Does ballarat have a government housing suburb?

and your personal opinion of Ballarat?

I don&#039;t live in Ballarat, i live down south in Melbourne.

But i know from going there it seems like a lovely town.

If the twit below is any example they try to intergrate em with the tax payers (Humans) now days so every one property values drop I am looking in to it my self so hopfull some one with brains will answer

You can&#039;t handle housing commission tenants?? I&#039;m a housing commission tenant and I can&#039;t stand snooty stuck up pieces of c**p like you hun... We don&#039;t want you in Victoria...
