Living in shepparton, country victoria?

hi all, we want to move from the busy suburbs of melbourne to shepparton, but need to know if there is a good part and a not so good side to the town. also, can anyone give us a little bit of local knowledge to help us decide whereabout to settle. we have two young kids to consider aswell. thanks

I used to live nearby. We would take my kids to Shepp every free weekend we had. SPC Ardmona sponsor a childrens playground. Perfect for a day out. The kids love it. Also there is plenty of activities for the little ones. Alot more relaxed living than the big city.

Otherwise, try emailing (or even phoning) real estate agents in town, as ask them to recommend some nice, safe, family friendly suburbs. They will have the best knowledge, and will be more than willing to help.

It a lovely place.. if your serious about getting to know the area, why not go for a weekend to check it out and ask some of the locals there yourself!? Nothing like experiencing the place first hand. And im sure it would be worthwhile!

Hey

i have family that live in Kialla Lakes which is a housing area.

Its got really nice modernish houses with a lovely lake and walking path local schools etc...

i definitely recommend it!
