That depends on so many things.  How are things in your home county vs. the country you're thinking about living in?

Are any aid packages available in one situation but not in the other?

Are there better educational opportunities available in one country but not in the other?

Are there better job opportunities in one country vs. another?  Would you even be allowed to stay and look for work in the new country?

There really isn't a set answer to this question...just a lot of things to think about.  It's really a personal decision that's influenced by your own personal values and goals.
