Lizards that dont need UV light or heater???

Question

i really want to get a lizard and will care for him/her very well

but my parents wont let me get a lizard that needs a heater or UV light because the electricity is really expensive

so i need your help to find a lizard that does not need

any uv light heater or any electricity

but a humidifier is ok
