LoS Angeles-Where to have small comp Christmas Party? 25-30?

Question

We are a small real estate company in Downey, CA and we need ideas and suggestions on where to have our company party?

Last year we had the Magic Castle in hollywood.

This year we are considering renting a room/small hall at a country club, or the murder mystery dinner show in newport beach or the orange county mining company.

any cool ideas or locations on a place where possibly dancing, christmas decorations

Don't do the murder mystery at the OC Mining Co!!! We did that a few years ago and it was a big flop.  

Depending on how much $ you plan to spend per guest, you can check some restaurants that have private dining rooms, or you can find a place that already has dancing.  The Madison in Long Beach is pretty cool.  It is in an old bank building and has a small dance floor.  They also have a private room downstairs.  The food is very good.  We had our event there two years ago.

There are also some fun places at Downtown Disney.  Jazz Kitchen,

I have been to the The Reef in long beach for a wedding and business event and they were both nice; great view of the city.

The SKY Room in Long Beach is great we have a summer event that we do there, but I have never been there for Christmas - excellent Rack of Lamb. Beautiful night view, check out the venue at happy hour.

Shanghai Red's in Marina del Rey is really nice.  They decorate for Christmas and with that number of people, you'll have your own room.  You can also ask for carolers to come sing and most party rooms have a fireplace. It overlooks the water.  

Since you are relatively close to Long Beach, another nice place is Port O' Call.  I'm not sure about the decorations, but they also rent out private party rooms and it's on the water.
