Load files and apps to my palm pilot

Question

I have a CD full of apps and games and the sort to install on my Zire 72 palm pilot. All the files are zipped. Does anyone know the process to load the files to my PP? I know I have to put them on my desk top PP program and hot synch, but how do I get them ready for the palm program. Unzip and then what?

When you unzip them, just click on the *.prc or *.pdb file.  It will open them up automatically into Palm Desktop and then when you hot sync it will  load them.
