Loading from camera to computer

Being bad about not reading instructions, I took a number of pictures with the Digitrex DSC 3000. I did not realize it was in the video mode, until loaded these pictures into my computer. Am I stuck with videos or is there a "simple" way to convert to still shot? Thanks, Linda
