Loading problem with MPeye hts-200

Question

When I switch on my hts-200 it comes up with loading and does nothing else. I cannot get the USB to connect so cannot reload. I cannot get to the menu on the player. I have tried the reset button on the player serveral times but each time i turn it on the same result. Any ideas???
