Out of the above mentioned runners, Local Celebrity is likely to win the confidence of the bookmakers, as he has got a very good record overall. He seems to like running in hurdles, thus the punters might also place a lot of bets in his favour.
The eight-year-old gelding has taken part in just a couple of races over hurdles, winning one of them. His overall record is also quite impressive, as he has managed to win a couple of events out of seven attempts. Moreover, he has also secured three runners
up positions, which shows that he is fully capable of fighting at the front.
In his most recent outing, the Willie Mullins’ trainee performed exceptionally well, as he did not allow anyone else to come closer. Despite not being rated as the favourite to win, he gave a tough time to his opponents and won the race. The margin of his
victory was 10 lengths, which shows the kind of form he is carrying at the moment.
Local Celebrity is likely to be ridden by Mr P. W. Mullins, who has partnered him throughout his career until now.
On the other hand, Primroseandblue will also be the one to watch out for in the race, as he has got a very good record in races over hurdles. He has entered three of such events, winning one of them and finishing runner up on the same number of time.
The eight-year-old gelding, who is also trained by Mullins, is carrying excellent momentum, as he was victorious in his most recent outing.
