Local Movers in Pittsburgh?

Question

Does anyone know of a local mover that could help me move my fruniture in shadyside pittsburgh. I just need to move a mattress and a box spring for .5 mile distance. All the professional movers cost about $100, and I dont want to spend more than $50.
