Local consignment shops

Question

I have moved into a new area and I'm looking for used furniture or furniture consignment shops in my area. I have looked under "used furniture, consignment shops, etc" and I haven't been able to locate any stores and yet, from what I've heard there are a gazillion of them throughout the adjoining counties. How can I find them?

There's no indication where you are. I can see used furniture at a Goodwill or Value Village location.

Ask your neighbors or the local store keepers.  If you can, drive around to find some.  This will also get you familiar with the area and you may find other stores of interest.
