Local news on sky?

iv just switched to sky. i now get itv central, however id like itv anglia, also i get bbc london. thats not a interest to me as im in the midlands. how can i change the regions? thanks

wen we got sky the same thing happened to us, but i think afta an hour or so, they automatically switch to ur regions channel. if it dsnt after a few hours or so, phone sky services :)
