Local patch server in RHEL5

HI

i am trying to setup a local pacth server on rhel5, where in this server will fetch all the security related patches and bug fixes from rhehat network. and all the remaining systems in network will sync to this local system and get updates.

kindly provide me inputs on how to setyp this.
