Locating a pic?

Heya, so a friend sends me this picture, and I was wondering if there was any way I can find it on the web even though i dont know where its from and all.

Is there like any program that can scan or something?

I mean like... I have an image on my computer, is there a program that can scan the exact image and see if its on the web?

Hope someone is able to get what im trying to ask >.>;;

someone answered this for you and the answer is no, not unless you have some really specialized and expensive software like legal agencies use.

google image is the only thing I can think of... but I'm not sure if I completely understand.
