Not sure of what you want to know.  You might check out http://www.switchboard.com that helps you find phone and address opf ppl if you have an idea of the city and state.  There are various other locator services that advertize there but while switchbd os free the other services aren't

You're going to probably want to use a People Search in order to find old friends, family members, anyone. http://www.easybackgroundchecks has the service, which is easy to use and inexpensive. Good Luck!
