Location for an 18th in Canberra?

I'm looking for a venue for my 18th birthday party in Canberra, anywhere that isn't really expensive.

Most of my friends are still 17 though so I guess a licensed place is out of the question... any ideas?

For a restaurant I'd say try Sammy's nice new location and lovely fresh cheap vibrant food.
