Location of Defrost Control timer on GE Refer

Question

I need help locating where the Defrost control timer is located on a GE GTS22ECPBRBB refer. I had a technician diagnos the problem but he wanted way too much to fix. I have the part but can't figure out where it goes. I'm defrosting the unit now.
