Location of The Nose Restaurant in Toronto ON (Canada)?

I've been looking for this restaurant for a while now. It seems they don't have a website. Has anyone heard or been to this restaurant and can tell me where it is. I've heard a lot of good things about it. Thanks!

It's called Gio Rana's Really Really Nice Restaurant and is located at 1220 Queen St. E.

I've past it while I was on the Queen streetcar. It's on Queen, east of Yonge but west of Woodbine beach.
