Location of horn relay on 1994 honda civic?

  1. Under the dash.  My relay was not attached to the firewall or fuse box.  It's black and has a diagram of the circuit construction on the outside.  Markings include 12V NO , meaning a 12 volt normally open relay.  The only thing that resembles a part number is RC-2201

    At the bottom it says MITSUBA, JAPAN  3YQ

    It's hard to find as mine was tucked up pretty much under the gauge cluster.  My relay shorted out and the horn would sound periodically. I just followed the sound of the buzzing and when I grabbed it, the relay was very hot.

    I went to the dealership and they had NO clue what I was talking about for a replacement relay.  Guess it's true what they say about the dealerships.  I went to CAPS (Canadian Auto Parts) supply store and they had it for $65 CAN.  I'm going to check the net to find a cheaper price.  Worse comes to worse, I'll hit up a junk yard and snag one for free.
