Lock out for a WIN XP computer?

I need to lock out some stuff on a WIN XP running computer.

I need to lock

all the USB ports but one

stop acess to the C:/ drive

a scanner that scans all disks like USB,CD,DVD when they are put in.

stop access to Accessibility options, Add Hardware, Add or remove programs, Automatic updates, folder options, Fonts, Game controllers, internet options, Java control panel, Network connections, Network setup wizard, Phone and modem options, Scanners and cameras, security centre, system, windows firewall ( but only for one user)

  1. -) Right click on "my computer" and click on "manage". Click on "users" or "group" and add that user to the "guest" or "user" group to limit their activiity.

    -) Right click on the "C" drive and click on "sharing and security". Click on "Security" and uncheck whatever.

    -)Go to "Start">"Run">type in "secpol.msc". Click on "security options" and look for "devices". Look around elsewhere as well.

    This will do most of what you want. You're pretty strict..haha.
