The open/close button will not open the dvd tray and a "locked" message appears in the window.My MixSonic MS988K DVD Player dvd tray won't open up. I tried some of the solutions that were found, like holding the open/closed button for more than 10 seconds, and other solutions, but they don't work. Can someone please help me?
