  1. If the bike has a CVT, (continuously variable transmission) and the bike is put into neutral, I would take an educated guess at saying you have a seized bike.

Without much information, it's hard to tell. However, double check to make absolutely sure that it is in neutral before starting.

  2. CHECK WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TRY START THE BIKE ?

IF ITS KICK START SEE IF THERE IS MORE RESISTANCE WHEN TRYING TO TURN THE ENGINE OVER . . IF THERES RESISTANCE I WOULD EXPECT ITS SEIZED .. ISIT A TWO STROKE BIKE ? ? TAKE THE BORE OFF AND HAVE A LOOK .. IF NOT I HAVE NO IDEA

  3. The rear brake could be seized up.Did the rear brake work before this?.

  4. Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.

If it's chain drive (chain & sprockets), remove the chain and try to turn the rear wheel.

That will give you a clue as to whether the problem is wheel & brake, or engine related.

Remove the spark plug and turn the flywheel with a wrench - that will tell you if the problem is with the cylinder, piston & rings.
