Locker Room Showers?

Whenever I'm at the gym swimming I want to take a shower afterwards but there are always other guys there. I'm afraid to shower infront of them and I just leave. How can I try to stop being afraid of being nude in public?

Dude, this is definitely something you should get over, since it's a situation that, as a man, you will face your whole life. So kudos for trying. I've been showering in locker rooms since I was 12. I can assure you that the level of interest in your naked body will be minimal, at best. To me, the best part of my work-out is hitting the showers, because it means I'm done!
