  1. whats your fav color or your fav design what ever is your favorite

  2. get some of your fave pictures and tape them on or get a pack of magnets to put on there. add a mirror and fuzzy stuff. just let your personality show!

  3. Okay, I just started 7th grade, and we get lockers this year, too, so I'm going through the same thing. Fortunately, I can help you! :)

First of all, if you share a locker, you gotta let him/her have a say in what goes in it, but for now, we won't worry about that.

    1. You probably need a mirror for checking your teeth after lunch, makeup, etc. You can get a magnetic mirror, so you don't have to worry about how you hang it up, OR you can use adhesive magnetic strips to put on a mirror.

    2. Instead of wasting valuable space on OTHER parts of your locker, buy a little *dry erase* marker, and you can write on the mirror! (I got this thing with a mirror, picture frame, bulletin board, and dry erase board, so if you can find that, get it!)

    3. Some markers are really little, have magnetic squares on the lid, and an eraser on it, too! Those are the BEST kind for this situation.

    4. Once you have necessities out of the way, you can get around to themes and actual decorating. My theme is The Jonas Brothers, but yours can be whatever you want! (Just don't choose a locker theme! 0.o)

    5. Okay, say your theme is the color pink...you can buy pink wrapping paper, wall paper, or "locker paper", and put that on those dull gray walls. (Use double sided tape, or maybe even pink magnets, whichever you can/prefer.)

    6. Now, you obviously need more than a background decoration, and a mirror. Here is where all those pointless art projects you did come in handy. Get ANYTHING. One man's trash is another WOMAN'S treasure, right? I'm going to use messed up CD's that don't play anymore to put in the side walls. I'm prolly gonna write stuff on them, too. *Just remember to use tape and glue SPARINGLY, because it doesn't come off quite as easily at the end of the year.*

    7. If your school is REALLY strict about locker decorating, then self-adhesive magnetic strips are a MUST. They can go on just about ANYTHING, and they work.

    8. Don't ignore all that empty space! Buy shelves or a crate, put your books on that, and voila! More room for cool stuff!

    9. Those hooks at the top have a purpose! Lunchboxes, purses, etc. are PERFECT. And, if you don't need any of that, then get some cute *non-christmas* ornaments and hang them up! (I'm using these mini-disco balls!)

Hope I helped. Still need more ideas? I have a few websites you can visit:

  4. If you want to decorate the whole inside of the door, you can cut wrapping paper to fit it and that will look nice.

Hanging pictures of friends in always nice.  If you don't want to just hang them on the wall or door, you could tape a few to a piece of string and then tape the string to the door or to the bottom of the shelf in the locker.  You could always do this with clippings from magazines, too.

You might find some cute magnets.  These are really great because at the end of the year there is hardly any clean up.

Mirrors are nice, you can find tons that are magnetic and made for lockers in the back to school section.

You might want to get on of those shelves you can put in your locker to give you extra space.  I've had them before and while they are helpful with more places to put my books, you can't put very much on them and they always get in the way of a place to hang my coat, so I'm not sure I'd recommend getting one.

If you are sharing a locker with a friend, you could get a little magnetic white board or chalk board and write messages to each other.  You could always just clip up a pad of paper with some magnetic clips.

Have a good new school year.
