Locker room. Changing. I wear?

Question

If you were changing in the locker room of your local pool and saw a guy wearing a thong what would you think or say. I am guy and I wear thongs most of the time and I was wondering if this is OK. I felt a bit awkward and wondered if others might think I am g*y or something (I am straight, I just find them comfy, and have a nice body and like to wear skimpy underwear)

If I were in the locker room and saw a guy in a thong, I'd scream! What's he doing in the women's locker room? ;-)

People will jump to weird conclusions. Somebody will assume you're g*y. Somebody will assume you're narcissistic. Somebody will assume you're a cross-dresser.

The more important question is, "Why should you care what strangers think about your choice of undergarment?"

I'm sure they would be fine with it.  Who cares, you are going swimming.  I'm sure at firt they will be a little apprehensive, but they will get over it.  No one will think you are g*y.

I suppose there's a time and place for everything.

It might be something your girlfriend would enjoy, but my husband thinks it would be odd to see that in the locker room.

How about no underwear at all? That actually seems more acceptable. Now how odd is that :-)

When I see guys ion thongs I think they are g*y but if there with a hot girl I thank there playas

Well... that's a new one.  If you say they're comfortable, than that's all that matters.  If you have a lady friend, ask her.  But as far as other people go, s***w em!

Honestly, I wouldn't think much about it in the locker room.  I also have some thongs that I think are rather comfortable and my wife also loves the look of them on me.  Now, if someone were to wear a thong suit into the pool, I wouldn't say anything, but it would strike me as odd as that has not been done at that gym before.  I am comfortable in my speedos and the few guys who wear less than that (strings, brazilian cuts) are not there to swim just like the ladies who show up at the pool at the gym in their bikinis.
