Locking messages on blackberry pearl?

Question

on the motorola phones there is a way of locking certain applications and in order to view them you must enter a password... is there any way to do this on the blackberry pearl?

ive heard you can, but i dont know how...

after u read a message  hit  menu  you will  see   save  it  will  go to  a  saved  folder....  and  if  you  need to  get to  it go  to  messages  hit  menu  then  look  for  saved messages
