Locks along these rivers: Allegheny, Ohio, and the Mississippi?

I'd like to canoe from Pittsburgh, Pa down the Alegheny River, pick up the Ohio River, and follow it to the Mississippi River someday. How do I go about getting thru the locks? Can I purchase a 'river pass'? Thanks.

IT DOES NOT COST ANYTHING TO LOCK THROUGH A LOCK ON THE RIVERS BUT IT CAN BE ROUGH ESPECIALLY IF A BARGE LOCKS THROUGH WITH YOU.THE MAIN THING IS FINDING OUT THE LOCK THROUGH TIMES AT CERTAIN LOCKS
