Not if I did not respond. If you got my cell phone after I left for your location, I think you would owe me for my trouble.

If it really was just 10 minutes, no. Some guys take a hard line on this, but I never did when I was in business. I'm in a small town- a reputation for being reasonable and easy to get along with is good for business.

What is REALLY annoying is to get to the job and find another locksmith there. Some people call everyone in the phone book and we are all in a race but don't know it.
