Loestrin 24 Fe Birth control pill?

How long does it usually take at the last 4 placebo pills to get your period?

I have not taken Loestrin 24 Fe but have taken a pill similar to it in the past.  It can be a couple days after finishing the placebos for the period to get started.  I found that sometimes it would take about 3 days but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
