Logitech camera help?

i got a logitech camera last weekend and it worked fine but now its really slow and lags when i use it for recording or on webcam. Is this because theres no sunlight or because its just dodgy?

sometimes if you have a program that is running the camera as well as using it as a webcam it makes it slow, also you can change the settings on the camera to high quality and low quality, so maybe you had it on low quality and your computer could support it and now ir high quality and your computer cant take it
