Logitech z-5500 thx speaker system. Purchased system from Amazon. Arrived yesterday. Set it up.

Purchased system from Amazon. Arrived yesterday. Set it up. Powered up subwoofer. No power to control system. Actions taken. Made sure subwoofer had power (listened for hum). Control unit glowed red for one half second.....then nothing. Checked fuse....good. Tried pushing power on control several times. Tried power to control with remote....nothing. Checked 15 pin connector....good and tight. Still no power. Help please. Gary Order ID 103-3608427-5834608
