on this wellknown website you'll find people from you ex school. and if she registred you ll ba able to send her a message

otherwise if you know her last name try pagesjaunes.fr (yellow pages) but you ll need her city.  it is easier if you know where her parents are (and their name obviously) to find her : the parents move much less than young people...
