Slaven Bilic believes Roman Pavlyuchenko is happy at the Moscow-based club and has hoped for an imminent return for the injured goalkeeper, Guilherme.
Lokomotiv Moscow head coach, Slaven Bilic, has urged his side to win the upcoming Russian Premier League tie against defending league champions, Zenit St. Petersburg, if they are to claim a decent spot at the end of the ongoing
campaign.
Bilic, who joined the Moscow-based club after resigning from the Croatian national team, talked about the difficulties he faced after his shocking move to Russia and discussed the importance of psychological factors in team building.
The former West Ham United man revealed that he presented a long-term plan in front of the leadership of the Moscow-based club prior to signing a three-year contract with the Russian outfit. Bilic asked the fans to remain patient
until he finds out a way to success.
The 43-year-old said that he did not have enough time to settle in Russia after leaving the Croatian national team following their early exit at Euro 2012.
“It will take approximately one year for me and my staff to adapt to this country. We started working immediately after Euro but prior to the event had only twenty days. This is not the most ideal situation. However, the fans need
not to worry as we can work it out.”
“We have to develop the mentality of the winner. Steady progress is already there, and I'm sure that the Lokomotiv will develop in the right way. I am a perfectionist and I want my team to be good in everything: in attack and in
