Lokomotiv Moscow head coach, Jose Couceiro, has hailed the performance of RSC Anderlecht in the group stages of the UEFA Europa League and insisted that the Parovozy need to be careful against the Purple and White in the upcoming European encounter at Lokomotiv
Stadion.
The Lokhi managed to win 5-1 against the Belgian club, when these two teams met the last time in the group stages of UEFA Champions League (2001/02). Couceiro believes that the Belgium Pro League participants have changed a lot and they are favourites to
lead the group.

Brussels-based club.
“We do not rely on luck and we are not afraid to lose. We always think about victory. I think Anderlecht are favourites to lead the group. They are a strong team, but it will not affect our game. We are not afraid of any opponent and certainly not looking
for a draw.” The former Sporting Lisbon care taking manager was quoted saying.
The Portuguese tactician revealed that he joined the Moscow-based club recently while Anderlecht head coach, Ariel Jacobs, is working with the Belgian club for long. Couceiro appreciated Jacobs work at the Belgian club and highlighted his career as a success
so far.
“They have a great experience playing in Europe and they are always fighting for the championship in their country. They have more experience playing in European games than we do. Our club in recent years has not reached the playoffs in European competition.”
Couceiro went on.
The 48-year-old highlighted that Loko are ready for any challenge and gave the example of their performance against Zenit St. Petersburg in the Russian Premier League, when they won 4-2 against the league leaders.
