The lady said, that even if i paid it they could put out a warrant, so i dont know. All I know is I need to go get my stuff renewed and if thats going to come up there?

pay for what?  Arrested for what?

I've never seen arrests at DMV (office).  But whatever is the case, resolve your problem quickly ( and early).  Nothing good comes of delaying paying fines.

Mentioning what "it" is might help.

I am guessing this is some sort of traffic ticket.  If it is one for which you are required to go to court, and you do not do so, then a warrant will be issued for your arrest, even if you do pay.  If the ticket gives you the option to plead guilty or no contest by mail, and you take that option, within the required time, then no.

Pay the fine and save a record of the payment in case it comes up.

DMV fines are simple, pay early, pay often.
