Seriously why do animu fans talk like this? It doesn't make you anymore japanese. I'm not talking about people who can actually speak japanese and use it in japanese sentences. I'm talking about the idiots who have to go"omgomgomg sakura chan are kawaii!! ^_^ If anything it just shows laziness and disrespect for the language. Inserting random words in a sentence just shoes stupidity.

I personally dislike the Wapanese stereotype as well.

I don't think anime fans do it out of disrespect though.

If anything I think they are so happy to be able to speak a few words, they are going overboard with it.

No, indeed it is very shameful for the Japanese and for those who study it but I think they do it because they are very noobish about it. Even the cute maid girls in Akihabara do it, but doesn't mean they always talk like that. I do agree that it isn't a good way to speak. High-pitched voices might strain your vocal cords.
