Lolipops are vegan right?!?!

I wanted one the other day

but wasn't sure whether they

were vegan or not. I'm assuming

they are though but just to be sure

they are vegan right?!?!

  1. yeah lollipops aren't meet so they're okay


  2. Uh, some are and some probably aren't.  Tootsie Roll Pops, for example, are not because there's dairy in the tootsie part.  The types that are just hard candy will most likely be vegan unless they're colored with carmine (though most will have red-40 instead.)

  5. the translucent ones should be fine, but some of the ones that are creamy looking in appearance might have dairy in them

  6. They are probably OK. Most  lollipops with nothing in the center are water, sugar, corn syrup, coloring, and flavoring. If in doubt, check the ingredients list. And if they are not clear, hard candy on a stick, I'd definitely check.

  7. should be so long as they are just juice and water for example some have milk in them
