Lollipops that were around in the early 90's hard and round. Many flavors. Reminds me of Jolly Ranchers' .

Lived on base, and used to walk to the shopette to get them, they were displayed in carboard tube with lots of holes in it. The lollipops were then stuck in the holes. Many flavors, round with clear wrapper, and gold label on wrapper.

Sounds like Charms brand to me...Charms Pops they were called and the company also made little square candies in packages as well.  Not sure if Charms are still available, but now that you have the name, try ask.com or google if you don't see them in supermarkets on the candy shelves.
