I always hear people say "london baby!" what does that mean, like is it from a movie or something?

The Austin Powers movie came out about a year before the shows where the Friends go to London. The Joey character was imitating the movie character.

its from  the show "friends". joey said it like 1,000 types when they were filming in london... u just have to watch the show lol.
