How much would the tickets be for one adult, one 16-25 young persons railcard holder, and a child of 12. Return.

The websites I checked haven't given clear answers. Thank you.

  1. The total comes to £36.70 for all three of you (return).

    adult: £17

    16-25 railcard holder: £11.25

    child: £8.50

(for some reason, the prices for three separate tickets come up 5p more expensive than buying them together.)

I always use the trainline website -- it's beautifully clear and easy to use. All the ticket options you asked for are on the first page of results once you've typed in your starting point and destination.

Trainline charges two small additional fees: a ticket handling fee (from 50p in total if you collect from a self-service kiosk at the station), and a payment card fee (from £1.50 for a debit card).

Hope that helps -- you seem desperate to know this info, given the number of times you've asked.

    Happy travelling.
