  1. The London dungeon is expensive and takes about an hour and a half once you get in.  There are huge queues if you get there after 11am.  Try to get there for 10am if you can.  It is very scary and a lot of rooms re pitch black.  You get herded from room to room as a huge group and stay with the same people all the way through.  Actors dressed up do a little theatrical performance in each room and sometimes ask people to volunteer to be humiliated in front of the rest of the group - be firm if you don't want to do it.  There are 2 rides, one boat ride (like a ghost train) and one drop ride at the end. My 5 year old daughter was totally traumatised by the place and I think it really isn't very suitable for kids under 11.  If you can get money off vouchers it would be worth it.

The London Bridge Experience is newer and would probably have better special effects but would be smaller. I have never been but I don't know anyone who has been either although most Londoners have at least once been to the Dungeons because they've been there forever.

If you had to choose I would do the Dungeons.
