London Library fees/prices

do you have to pay to just go to the library and look around/read some books like as a one time thing or do you have to do the full year membership?

  1. I can only give you information about where I live in London, but all libraries in the borough of Wandsworth are free to join and use, although I think they charge for DVD rentals and have late fees.

  3. most public libraries in london dont charge membership or anything you only get charged for dvd rentas or audio and late fees which is like £2  for each book depending on how late you//they are.
