London Marathon Registration, Overseas?

Question

I live outside of the UK and I'd like to be able to apply to run the London Marathon w/o having to go through an international tour operator. Can I just use the UK system and give a hotel's address? Do they email you everything you need or do you actually need to be able to receive paper mail from the race organizers? I ran Chicago and know that you can print out the paper email from them to get your packet at the race expo. Is it the same for London? Thanks!

I did a half-marathon in Britain and they do send stuff through the post.
