London Practical Market?

Hi,

I am a Londoner and need some information about my native city STAT

What markets are there in my fine city that are more "local" markets, selling cheap clothes, knock off perfume and dodgy electricals? I know where all the gift and arts and crafts markets are, but where would I find one that is more "practical".
