London and Amsterdam Tourist Spots?

Im off to London and then Amsterdam for work. Ill have some free time and would love to find some not so known places check out. Im going to check the Van Gough Museum. I have been to both before.

I am a single man going alone so it would be cool to find place with nice, sweet and pretty women.
