London nightlife best club/pub//bar for a tourist!?

hello i will be in london in 3 days, can someone let me know what are the best clubs/pubs/bars in london for a tourist???

Just go to a road called "old compton street" All the tourist friendly bars have a nice rainbow on the sign ( to show they are friendly)

The best clubs in london are

1) Pacha (right in the centre of london) they have all kinds of DJ's and different rooms so there is always something you like playing.

2) g*y Soho (in Soho) usually on a Friday and Saturday night a celebrity will turn up and surprise the crowd. I was there once with Girls Aloud and Britney Spears!!

3) Spearmint Rhino (one in central london. windsor and slough)

its a low key lapdancing club for guys. also holds ladies nights about once a month!!

PS Dont listen to Iain. The road he is talking bout is full of g*y bars. thats why there is a rainbow painted outside. Unless you like that kind of thing of course! :)

It all depends on your taste in music. Fabric is a good nightclub and that's in Farringdon. There's also club Koko in Camden town (Madonna did a gig there) but when I go out I prefer bars. There's a really good one in Tottingham court road called 101 under the centre point building and the music is great because it changes all the time throughout the night and there's such a mix of people you can't help but have fun!

I like the pubs in covent garden. The punch and judy bar is upstairs and u look out over the big xmas tree in covent garden. Oxygen bar in leicester square. I also like jewel bar in piccadilly  just opposite the tube and in North london  - angel/old street there r some fab bars. Soho is cool too - just have a wander around. Just off Oxford street there is a club called wax which is fun

I also really like the bars in Notting Hill - its great here - the earl of Lonsdale, the prince of Wales, just wander up and down where the markets are!

I'd keep away as those bloody cockneys rip you off! That's if you can find one as most the workers are foreigners! It's a dark hole where Ken Livingstone is major & he goes round penalising the motorist. It was a better place when london had the plague!
