I am not from the UK and so know nothing about transport in the country. I was hoping if someone could tell me how much it costs to get from London to Essex University (Colchester).

  1. dial 08457 48 49 50

    (from abroad 0044 8457 48 49 50)

    british rail enquiries

they will give you times, stations and costs

or use the link below for their website

  2. It would probably cost you around £10-£30 on the train :)

  3. Train from Liverpool Street station will take you right to Colchester, then you can get a bus or a taxi to the uni - sorry I don't know about costs.

  4. Taxi your looking at about£80. Bus about £10. Train about £15. Walk free. Skateboarding depending on the cost of skateboard. River cruise about £300. You can catch a plane from Heathrow to Essex wich will cost you about £50. You can hire  a limousine and arrive in style at essex university fo about £250. You can hire a horse and carriage but its gonna take quite a while and cost you about £500 plus you have to clean up after the horse opens its bowel. So u will need a brush and spade which will cost you an additional £3. Other than that i cant think of any other forms of transport except a hot air baloon but unfortunately i dont know how much that would cost. I hope i have been of some help. If i have kindly choose this as thebest answer. Thank you.
