  1. Where on the Piccadilly Line?

I'm afraid there's no way to go direct to Woolwich Arsenal on the Piccadilly, but...

If you're boarding the Piccadilly at, say, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Ickenham, Barons Court etc. etc., go to Green Park, take the Jubilee Line to London Bridge and from there a mainline Southeastern service to Woolwich Arsenal. If you're apporaching from the north (Cockfosters, Southgate, Arsenal, Holloway etc. etc.), go to King's Cross St. Pancras station and EITHER take the Thameslink mainline service or the Northern Line to London Bridge, whereupon you can take a Southeastern service to Woolwich Arsenal.
