London underground , i herd there is a new line going in between chelsea ,clapham and hackney is this true.?

Yes, its also known as "Crossrail 2"... it's on the drawing board and will probably be built one day, but not until Crossrail 1 is up and running.  And given that was only given the go-ahead last year and will take the best part of ten years to build, don't hold your breath!
